On Saturday, January 18, Make-A-Wish® Middle Tennessee hosted their eighth annual Stars for Wishes gala presented by Crowe at Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and raised over $330,000 toward the charity's wish-granting efforts.
Hosted by wish kids Georgia Schmitz and Kayden Waddy, the event featured great musical performances by former wish kid Ethan Payne, John Berry, and local songwriters Clint Daniels, Tommy Karlas, and Clay Mills.
Along with entertainment, the evening included a wish granting to wish kid Liam who had been waiting for his wish and a delicious meal courtesy of Chef Ryan McKeown of STK Nashville. When asked about the evening, Make-A-Wish® Middle Tennessee President and CEO, Beth Torres, said
“It was an amazing night! We are incredibly grateful to all the sponsors, donors, wish families, and performers who came together and raised over $330,000 to help us grant wishes to children with critical illnesses in Middle Tennessee.”
