On Thursday, June 20th development partners Congress Group and AECOM Capital held a ceremonial groundbreaking for the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences, to be located in the heart of downtown Nashville.
The 40-story project, located just south of the Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge and across from West Riverfront Park on 1st Avenue, will be an iconic tower that will become synonymous with Nashville’s skyline.
The groundbreaking event included remarks from Dean F. Stratouly, president and CEO of Congress Group; Timothy D. Haskin, senior managing director of AECOM Capital; Thierry Kennel, Regional Vice President, Four Seasons Hotels; and Mayor David Briley.
More than 120 project team members, community leaders, and project neighbors attended the groundbreaking where they enjoyed music by Kelli Johnson, an ice sculpture of the building, Nashville favorites like hot chicken, and custom Four Seasons Nashville hats.
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville will be a five-star, full service hotel with 236 keys, a world-class spa, an array of lavish amenities, and 143 Private Residences that will set a new standard for premium living in Music City.
