On Saturday, October 5, the international fitness franchise F45 Training opened its first Nashville location in Midtown. The F45 Training Midtown Nashville location is owned by Nino Di Maggio, a former Wall Street executive who moved to Nashville to bring the innovative, high-intensity group workouts he had fallen in love with to Music City.
The grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting took place at the new 2317 Elliston Place studio where the Nashville community was invited to come try F45's signature "Hollywood" class for free, featuring 60 minutes of strength, cardio, agility, speed, and power with music from DJ Christian McFall.
In between the three sold-out grand opening day classes, the Nashville Chamber led a ribbon cutting ceremony. Odie Caduff, manager of member development of the Nashville Chamber, thanked Di Maggio and his investors for bringing the thriving brand to Nashville and for investing in the city’s continued growth. Local health and wellness partners including Juice Bar, Taziki’s, and Nutrition Faktory were also onsite offering attendees free samples and VIP discounts throughout the event.
