On Wednesday, June 12, Elliott Davis hosted a round table discussion on Opportunity Zone investments at Fisk University.
Co-sponsored by Waller, the Greater Nashville Regional Council (GNRC), Regions, and the Nashville Chamber, the breakfast event educated attendees on the current status of the statute and regulations, the potential tax benefits, and methods investors can use to put capital work into Opportunity Zones.
Over 135 guests were in attendance and the expert panelists included Cory Ouellette, Margaret Dolan, Bo Campbell, and John Seigenthaler.
