City National Bank celebrated 15 years of serving Nashville's entertainment industry with a special anniversary event on August 20 at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, where the bank surprised six local nonprofit organizations with $15,000 grants each.
The evening commemorated City National's longstanding presence in Music City and its deep ties to the entertainment community, while highlighting the organizations helping strengthen Nashville through music, healthcare, education, and community support. In total, the bank awarded $90,000 in funding to six nonprofits making a difference across the region.
Grant recipients included ACM Lifting Lives, The Alex LeVasseur Memorial Fund, Leadership Music, Music Health Alliance, Musicians On Call, and W.O. Smith Music School. Each organization was recognized during the celebration for its ongoing contributions to Nashville's creative and philanthropic landscape.
Since opening its Nashville office in 2011, City National Bank has worked closely with artists, songwriters, publishers, record labels, business managers, and other entertainment professionals. During the event, bank leaders reflected on the relationships built over the past 15 years and reaffirmed their commitment to supporting the community that has helped shape the bank's success in the region.
Guests gathered for an evening of celebration, networking, and recognition as representatives from each nonprofit accepted their grants and shared the impact the funding will have on their respective missions.
