On Thursday, February 19, March Fourth hosted "Cheers for Change: An Evening to End Mass Shootings" bringing the community together at City Winery for a powerful night of conversation and reflection. Hosted by Sarah Merrill Hall and Leah Harmon Rhodes, the event featured a moving panel moderated by founder Kitty Brandtner, with Academy Award–nominated director Joshua Seftel alongside Chad and Jada Scruggs, the parents of Hallie Scruggs, who was tragically killed on March 27, 2023, in the Covenant School shooting.
