On October 24, residents and community members were invited to join chef Michael Gilbert of City Kitchen for Culinary Creations, a free tasting event and cooking class in the demonstration kitchen located on the Sky Lounge of Broadstone Gulch.
Attendees learned how to make holiday party menu items that included pork roulade, Brussels sprouts, sweet potato rounds, and butternut squash.
Broadstone Gulch, the first new residential high rise in the Gulch in more than four years, recently hosted Chef Michael Gilbert of City Kitchen in their full professional grade demonstration kitchen located in the top-floor Sky Lounge. This was the first of a planned series of events to showcase some of Nashville’s talented chefs, pairing food with extraordinary views.
