Hundreds of people gathered for Siloam Health's inaugural Amplify Nashville awardstoasting the distinguished immigrants and refugees who make ours a truly great, global city. Held at OZ Arts Nashville, Amplify Nashville celebrated four honorees for their tireless commitment to the cultural diversity of our community. The award recipients this year were Kasar Abdulla from Valor Collegiate Academy, Metro Councilman Fabian Bedne of the Hispanic Family Foundation, Cano and Esen Ozgener of OZ Arts Nashville as well as Belmont University, accepted by President Dr. Bob Fisher, for its efforts to 'build bridges” to New American communities.
