The Nashville Wine Auction held its annual Grand Cru Evening on Thursday, July 12 at the Belle Meade home of Laura and Charlie Niewold. Grand Cru is one of the summertime events that are part of the Nashville Wine Auction's l'Eté du Vin, the nation's longest-running charity wine auction.
Each year, the Norman M. Lipman Award is presented in recognition of individuals who have embraced the humanitarian qualities of wisdom, courage, optimism, commitment, and integrity in their personal and professional lives. This year's recipients are Pam and Steve Taylor, two of the most generous supporters of the Nashville Wine Auction. Ann Eaden chaired the Grand Cru Evening, and Tom Black is chairing this year's L'Ete du Vin. The event was attended by about 130 of the nonprofit's donors, sponsors, volunteers, and beneficiary representatives, all 'Uniting the Wine Community to Fund the Fight Against Cancer.”
