Nashville Pride Festival will return to Public Square Park June 22 and 23.
This year’s event will celebrate the 50thanniversary of Stonewall, a 1969 protest led by LGBTQ community members that ignited the modern-day movement for equality. In honor of the historic event, the Festival has announced The Nashville Pride Parade. Kicking off the Festival on June 22, the parade will march down Broadway at 10 a.m. with 100 floats, vehicles, bands, and walkers.
The Festival also announced its updated donor program, Friends of Nashville Pride. Supporters can contribute $10 or $25 every month in exchange for exclusive Festival access and discounted tickets. Along with these exciting new changes, Nashville Pride Festival will include a kids and family zone, youth area, dance tent, performances from well-known musicians, and 225 vendors featuring local not-for-profits, artists, and businesses.
