
On Wednesday, June 26, Goo Goo Cluster will launch its 5th Annual Summer Chef Series featuring an array of brilliant local pastry chefs.
These six chefs will debut their own original Goo Goo confections from June 26 through September 30. The new creations will be available for purchase at the Goo Goo Shop in downtown Nashville and online at googoo.com, with 10% of sales benefitting the Nashville Food Project. Some of the chefs' own restaurants will also feature their creations for a limited time on dessert menus or as grab-and-go items.
Flavors will rotate throughout the series, with a new flavor being released every two weeks and each available for purchase for at least four weeks.
At the end of the series, Goo Goo will showcase all of the chefs' unique flavors at Music City Food & Wine Festival on September 20th and 21st.
The first chef to kick off the series will be Kayla May from 12 South staple, Josephine with her Raspberry Earl Grey flavored Goo Goo. The unique confection will feature Earl Grey tea milk chocolate ganache, vanilla bean nougat, Willa's Classic shortbread crumbles, and Arrington raspberry wine jam.
