Straight from New York City, Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer Executive Chef Stephen Parker will take over the kitchen at SAUCED Nashville (1221 6th Ave. N.) for one night only on Thursday, October 2. - Chopped Cheese Sandwich – Ground brisket and chuck, American cheese, kosher pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, oil & vinegar, kewpie mayo on a toasted Martin’s potato roll
- Lobster Roll – Meyer lemon, butter, celery, parsley, dill, crispy prosciutto, salt & vinegar chip crumble on a Martin’s potato roll, served with clarified butter
- Fried Olives – Castellano olives coated in Ritz cracker breadcrumbs, stuffed with blue cheese and fresh dill, served with buttermilk dill dip
- Nash Hot Hummus – Fresh hummus with house chili oil and BT hot spice, served with toasted naan or seasonal veg
- Chocolate Ganache Shake – Dark chocolate ganache blended with vanilla ice cream, topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings
