
Sunda New Asian is hosting a Filipino family-style feast in celebration of Filipino American History Month on October 20 from 6 to 8 p.m.
The dinner focuses on regional Filipino dishes featuring some of founder Billy Dec's and executive chef, Mike Morales,' favorite meals from the Philippines. All dishes are served family-style and include:

KARE-KARE
Region: Manila, Luzon
Made with: braised oxtail, crispy tripe, green beans, eggplant, bok choy, creamy peanut sauce, jasmine rice, caramelized shrimp paste
LECHON
