September 9-13 Americanafest

September 12 CASS Contemporary's Nashville Debut
The celebrated modern art gallery CASS Contemporary makes its Nashville debut with CLTRL CNTXT, a group exhibition running through November. CLTRL CNTXT features seven artists from seven countries: Florian Eymann, Michal Mraz, Joram Roukes, Kim Byungkwan, Allison Hueman, Nicholas Romero Escalada, and Fintan Magee, with each contributing two to three original paintings. Together, their work explores how shared cultural references, ranging from television characters and iconic art to historical figures and pop culture symbols, can build bridges across lived experiences and national borders.
