Mashburn
Acclaimed fashion brand founded by Ann and Sid Mashburn, Mashburn, marks an elaborate addition to Germantown’s Neuhoff District. The boutique’s long-awaited arrival is a prime destination for men and women seeking modern yet timeless accessories and tailored clothing. The couple, known for their retail success, have cultivated a loyal following across the U.S., with other locations in cities like New York, Atlanta, and Dallas. Their Nashville debut reflects their dedication to creating accessible, stylish spaces that feel like home for every customer.
“We’ve had an amazing and very devoted customer base in Nashville since the very early days of our business — whether its people making the trip to Atlanta to shop in person or ordering online — and it’s an honor to have a brick-and-mortar presence here,” says the Mashburns.
The 6,000-square-foot boutique is an expression of their personalities, a mixture of inspiration, hospitality, and commerce. It features two separate areas: one for Sid Mashburn’s menswear, featuring custom millwork, tartan drapery, and playful touches like a ping-pong table, and Ann Mashburn’s womenswear in a light-filled, airy space adorned with white fixtures and vintage accents. Both sides share stylish elements such as mood boards curated by the Mashburns.
“On the men's side, expect tailored clothing, shirting, trousers, jeans, and bench made footwear from casual to formal. The women's side offers crisp shirting, dresses, trousers, jeans, accessories, and made-in-Italy footwear (including the bestselling Buckle Shoe)," they say. “We want to be a fixture in the neighborhood and a place where people can come to get some things done and to enjoy themselves... a destination that’s additive to East Germantown.”

Department
Department, coined as “the department of finishing touches,” is a carefully curated fine jewelry, fragrance, and finds boutique by Camille Seven of The Dress Theory and LVD Bridal. The slice of Paris in Green Hills calls to the classic luxury department stores of yesteryear with heirloom-worthy and ethically sourced goods that are contemporary yet timeless.
Seven personally selects products, and since she largely sources from Paris and New York, Department is the first to introduce several brands to the Nashville market. She seeks design-forward pieces that can tell a story, be symbolic, or lead the wearer to smile every time they see their rare finds. Utilizing her wedding background, Seven aids a wider audience in finding something that feels as special and personal as a wedding dress, but that people can enjoy more than once, if not daily. Items such as inspiring glassware, fine jewelry that makes every outfit feel better, the go-to for a special dinner celebration, or a perfume that marks a new chapter or intention in someone’s life.
Another way she connects with guests is by giving everyone a chance to explore their preferences, tastes, and style within a variety of price points.
“I want to know your likes and dislikes, see any photos you've saved, hear about your grandmother’s earrings that you never saw again but want to recreate, and dive into the process of finding your new favorite thing,” Seven says. “Taking the time to find what you love and what makes you feel good always pays off, and I hope our curation makes finding whatever it is a little more effortless and enjoyable.”
Department gifts an involved and lavish experience to its guests, making it the go-to spot for memory-making pieces.

Aviator Nation Dreamland Nashville
Aviator Nation, a 1970s-inspired lifestyle brand founded in Venice, California, is built on togetherness. What better way to foster community than through live music, handmade clothing, a creative aesthetic, and a truly one-of-a-kind shopping experience downtown?
The bold, colorful space is designed to have the retail store fully functioning while a show is going on during shopping hours. However, it can also fully transform into an 800-capacity venue with sound quality and the artists’ needs at the forefront. Aviator Nation Dreamland Nashville intends to host pop-up artists throughout the week, prompting patrons to groove and shop, and bigger shows on select dates.
“I believe life is all about experiences and music is the soundtrack to our lives,” says founder and creative director Paige Mycoskie. “I believe we have to take care of the artists always and I’ve always felt it was my duty to give the artists in my neighborhoods a stage to perform. I want to bring a variety of music genres to the space and give the local community an amazing quality venue.”
Prioritizing unity and intimacy for both the guests and the artists is paramount to the brand, and this is evident in the thoughtful design. Every inch of the space is purposeful, such as the brand’s biggest record wall that sports over 1,000 hand-picked vintage records loved by the founder and creative director. The hand-painted murals designed by Mycoskie attract tourists and locals alike as well.
