The Bal Harbour Shops Access Pop-Up Tour, the first-ever traveling luxury retail event, will be making its next stop in Nashville, Tennessee for eight weeks only from September 12th to November 9th. Featuring a premiere retail experience unlike any other, the Bal Harbour Shops Access Pop-Up Tour showcases open-air shopping, designer boutiques, and the inaugural Bal Harbour Shops branded restaurant, The Whitman. Bal Harbour Shops, a favorite celebrity shopping destination in the northernmost tip of Miami Beach, will be traveling to Wedgewood Houston, one of Nashville’s fastest growing entertainment neighborhoods.
Nashville is one of the South’s most dynamic and sought-after destinations. From the rhythm of Broadway to the fresh style of its emerging neighborhoods, the city pulses with creativity, making it the perfect spot for this pop-up’s next stop. Revered for its legendary music roots and a growing wave of cultural and luxury developments, the arrival of Bal Harbour Shops Access Pop-Up is set to amplify the city's momentum, offering an immersive retail experience that resonates with both locals and visitors alike. Featured luxury brands will include Tiffany & Co, Balmain, Valentino, Golden Goose, Wolford, Assouline, Monnalisa, Etro, Johanna Ortiz, Dsquared, Cremieux, and more.
“We’re thrilled to bring the tropical, luxury shopping and dining experience of Bal Harbour Shops to Nashville for the first time,” said Matthew Whitman Lazenby, President and Chief Executive Officer of Whitman Family Development. “With this roving pop-up, we introduce a new and innovative solution at the crossroads of hightouch personal service and high-tech logistics to deliver on our mission and impact and impress our guests with our distinctive level of excellence.”
“Visiting The Shops at Bal Harbour has always served as a source of inspiration for our company so it’s only natural that we forged a partnership for their Nashville pop up debut in a neighborhood where we live and work and that has long represented the aspirational clientele of our city,” said Elam Freeman, Founder of Ojas Partners. “The pop-up foreshadows the in-design, to-be-built Hagan Gallery lead by Tim Johnson of Material Ventures, that will share the same emphasis on building a sense of place through the integration of lush greenery and hyper-attention to designer-oriented retailer selection.”
While the pop-up presents a curated collection of Bal Harbour Shops’ signature boutiques, guests will also have access to shop the over 100 brands of the Bal Harbour world through personal shopping and styling services that will be available on site.
Built from 30 custom-designed shipping containers, this curated retail moment will include covered walkways with fans, a retractable canopy, and an exquisite restaurant and bar called The Whitman that will seat 150 people and offer shareable plates that mix Miami flavor with locally sourced products. The environment will showcase Bal Harbour Shops’ signature aesthetic complete with palm trees, koi ponds, fountains, and planters filled with lush greenery. A mood setting playlist will help bring the entire tropical, Zen-like atmosphere of Bal Harbour Shops to life.
The Bal Harbour Shops Access Pop-up was created by LOT-EK and spans 17,000 sq. feet. The selected luxury brands will have custom-built, well-lit, air-conditioned modern spaces, either small, medium, or large executed in crisp white with glass fronts.
Previous stops for the Access Pop-up Tour have included Raleigh, North Carolina, Sarasota, Florida, Walton County, Florida and Greenville, South Carolina, Charleston, South Carolina and Asheville, North Carolina and have proven to be extremely successful.
