Nashville area independent businesses will register voters, beginning on Tuesday, September 25.
Parnassus Books and Laurel & Leaf are partnering with Please Vote Nashville, a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization, to register Nashvillians to vote. Voter registration forms and assistance will be available during regular business hours, starting on National Register to Vote Day on Tuesday, September 25. “Registered Voter” stickers will be distributed to everyone who registers.
The registration drive will run until October 9, which is the last day to register in time for the November 6 election.
Other participating businesses include Dozen, Fleet Feet (all Nashville area locations), Las Paletas, and Levy’s.
