The Collective offers a one-of-a-kind treatment program for anxiety and depression.
With a combination of western psychology and eastern philosophy, we have created a unique, integrative and healing way to living everyday life, for both adults and adolescents. We believe that connection is crucial for sustained healing, and offer the opportunity to move forward together as part of our Collective Aftercare community. We do not believe in simply managing symptoms. We believe in healing at the core, and the power of relationship, connection and belonging.
The Collective program and Aftercare community is made up of well-minded people to support you in your recovery. You will be in a small, closed group of people — meaning no one will leave and no one new will arrive. After you graduate the program, you will all be introduced to all the people who have graduated before you, as well as be introduced to all the people who graduate after you, forming our free, lifetime Aftercare community.
TIP: Mental and Social Health is more important now than ever. Over 45% of Americans report struggling with mental health, substance abuse, eating disorders and substance abuse and trauma. Those panicky, sad feelings you have are entirely normal — especially during this pandemic. You are not the only one. Please reach out — we can help.
QUESTION: How is The Collective one of a kind?
ANSWER: The Collective is a welcoming, safe community for all of us to connect and heal from depression, anxiety and loneliness. We are an 8-week program that includes private therapy, group therapy, a private dietician and nurse practitioner, as well as yoga and massage. Everything is scheduled around YOUR life, work and school.
Q: Why is Social Health so important?
A: As humans, we are wired for connection, and when we are alone, we get sick! This has hit home even more by all the social distancing and isolation we’ve been experiencing over the past year. We believe that Social Health is grossly under addressed in our health care system, and we provide a unique and much needed addition to “whole-istic” care. And while our program aims to heal anxiety and depression, we also help address surrounding factors such as substance abuse, disordered eating and trauma, integrating the importance of connection with others.
