Soho Home
If you’ve ever stepped foot inside Soho House Nashville, you’ve surely noticed the gorgeous, Bauhaus-inspired interior design that transformed this former sock factory into the haunt for some of Music City’s most creative minds that it is today. And now, you can replicate the same stunning Soho House aesthetic in your own home with the opening of Soho Home Studio. The new Nashville studio marks the fifth Soho Home location in the U.S. and will be open to Soho House members as well as to the public. Located inside May’s (the ground-floor level coffee shop by day and bar by night), the studio is accessible from the lobby and Soho House’s outdoor seating area, The Alley. The modern interiors brand was created with relaxed, sociable living in mind, fusing modern design with timeless sensibility to create handcrafted furniture, textiles, lighting, and tableware. At the Nashville studio, guests can browse a variety of living and dining room sets that feature pieces from the latest Soho Home collections and peruse all the available swatches and materials.
The most recent collection was inspired by the Soho House approach to design displayed throughout Soho Houses worldwide: creative, individual, led by experience and comfort, and detail-oriented. Expect a beautiful spring palette, plus new silhouettes spanning tables, vanities, lighting ranges, and more. The collection also features an expanded range of marbles, refined patterns in upholstery, and enhanced made-to-order offerings for leather designs. A few of the many favorite pieces among members include the Theodore and Garrett armchairs, Murcell dining table, and Oxley marble coffee table.
The studio also offers an interior design service to help recreate the Soho House look in your own space. Both members and the public can book consultations with the Soho Home team, with experts offering guidance on a vast array of design needs from room styling and color selection all the way through to a wider redesign. Whether you’re looking to revamp one room or elevate your entire home, the team is there to help guide you in your design journey with one-to-one sessions before presenting a plan of the space that reflects your individual taste, goals, and budget. They’re also available to help place orders and manage deliveries.
There are perks for the professionals, too, as a dedicated Soho Home Trade consultant is onsite to support local Nashville-based designers, architects, and stylists across the interior design industry by providing access to a range of Soho Home Trade benefits. These benefits include preferred rates, direct sales support, previews to new collections, and invites to industry events. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and you can also explore the Soho Home collection online. (500 Houston St.; sohohome.com)
