Ellington’s Mid Way Bar & Grill at the Fairlane Hotel has teamed up with Atlanta-famed restaurant, Tiny Lou’s at the Hotel Clermont, to kick off the New Year with a special collaboration event, Trios Chefs Un Dîner, on Thursday, January 30, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at Ellington’s in downtown Nashville.
Three Chefs One Dinner will feature a carefully curated menu by Ellington’s Executive Chef Kristin Beringson, Tiny Lou’s Executive Chef Jeb Aldrich, and Pastry Chef Claudia Martinez. Tickets are $55 with an optional wine pairing for $30.
The Trios Chefs Un Dîner Four-Course Menu includes:
- Canape: Foie gras torchon and smoked trout rillettes
- Appetizer: Crab cakes, malt vinegar remoulade, beet relish, baby greens
- Entree: Certified Angus Beef prime strip loin bourguignonne, red wine salsify, carrot tallow, house smoked bacon, grains of paradise
- Dessert: Pink peppercorn mousse, sacher biscuit, candied hazelnuts, passion fruit
Tickets for the Trios Chefs Un Dîner are limited and include valet parking at Fairlane Hotel. Tickets can be purchased on Eventbrite.
