Join us for an Immersive Sound Meditation in community at Thistle Farms. To enhance your Sound Meditation experience, your ticket includes a curated package of products that you can use during the meditation and take with you to continue your practice. Your guide through this sound meditation is April Penny, a long-time part of the Thistle Farms community and experienced yoga, breathwork, and sound meditation guide.

What the experience will be like:

Upon arrival you'll receive flowers to place in our community mandala and settle into your space. We will open with gentle movement for release, breathing practice to take us into a state of deep relaxation, and ready to lie down and immerse in 45 minutes ~ waves upon waves~ of resounding crystal singing bowls, Gong, and chimes. This Sound Healing Meditation session is an invitation to experience rejuvenation, meditation, and relaxation toward healing all parts of your Self.

Who is your Soundhealer, April?

April is a Thistle Farms volunteer, sound healer, yoga - meditation - breathwork and fitness instructor and Realtor. She is passionate about helping others to rediscover vitality and calm within themselves and their living spaces.

April has lived abroad for many years and has trained in Bali Indonesia, London UK and California. She offers group and private sound meditation classes and teaches regularly at the YMCA. She is mother of teens, wife and dog mama now living in Hendersonville, TN which is her childhood hometown.

Regular class attendees comment how much they enjoy April’s classes and the way she makes them feel at ease and supported in class.
