SESSION Pilates | Puppies & Pilates
Join us Sunday, October 18 for Puppies & Pilates—a morning of movement, puppy kisses and more. It kicks off with a 50-minute mat Pilates class alongside adoptable puppies, followed by time to play, connect with local wellness brands, and enjoy thoughtfully curated activations. This event is 100% donation-based, with proceeds split evenly between Wags & Walks and the SESSION Foundation. It's a feel-good morning that captures everything the SESSION community is about: movement with meaning. Come for the puppies, stay for the community, leave with (maybe) a new best friend.
