Indulge in a decadent wine pairing dinner at 1799 Kitchen & Cocktails in partnership with Schramsberg Winery. Executive Chef Thomas Tuggle will guide guests through a four-course dinner, each paired with its own accompanying wine. The dishes include a smoked duck & baby lettuce salad, crab casarecce, prosciutto wrapped halibut and a peach napoleon, paired with wines from Schramsberg Vineyards in Calistoga, California. Before the dinner, guests will have the opportunity to chat with Chef and the wine experts.
