Urban Cowboy Nashville has partnered with award-winning Brooklyn restaurant Roberta's to bring a little bit of New York to Tennessee from Nov, 19, 2020 through Jan. 31, 2021. 

Roberta's will pop-up at the Urban Cowboy's Public House to serve a selection of signature wood-fired pizzas and fresh salads. Established in Bushwick, Brooklyn in 2008, Roberta's has a legacy as a neighborhood institution. 

The Menu: Roberta’s menu at Urban Cowboy Nashville will will include crowd favorites such as the ‘Famous Original’ with tomato, mozzarella, parmigiano, caciocavallo, oregano, and chili. A selection of seasonal craft cocktails from Beverage Director, Megan Jay, will be available during the stint including The Cowboy’s famous Hot Toddy topped with fresh whipped cream and grated nutmeg. 

About Opening Hours: Roberta’s at Public House will be open Wednesdays through Sundays from 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm. To promote social distancing, Public House is currently operating at limited capacity with indoor and outdoor table service on a first come, first served basis. The full menu is also available for delivery via Doordash, Grubhub, and Postmates.
