Guests are invited to join chef Tony Mantuano for a special tasting featuring one of Yolan’s 80-pound Parmigiano-Reggiano wheels.
Chef will share his passion for Italian cheeses and the famous technique behind producing Parmigiano-Reggiano, also known as the “King of Italian Cheese.” Guests will enjoy a taste of the cheese along with a glass of sparkling wine selected by Cathy Mantuano while discovering the historic significance cheese has played in cultures all over the world.
