Celebrate Halloween with The Optimist on Friday, October 31 from 4- 5:30 p.m. with a “sea creatures” themed Halloween dog costume contest! The contest will take place at Jacqueline starting at 5 p.m. and will include a mini parade to showcase all of the participating dogs. You and your dog have a chance to win a variety of prizes including a chef tasting, a $100 gift card or a $75 gift card. Jacqueline will be open for the evening for cocktails and $2 oyster happy hour as well as treats for the dogs and candy for the kids.
