September 16th, 2024 is National Sit with a Stranger Day, so social startup Folx Table is celebrating the best way they know how: The “Sit-Down Social Network” is hosting a FREE event at Riverside Revival (1600 Riverside Drive) from 6-8PM. Open to the public, strangers from all walks of life will participate in a conversation experience designed to help anyone meet new friends, make connections, or just put themselves out there. It’s not speed dating; it’s not networking; it’s a new way to come together.

Event attendees will also get a first look at Folx Table’s new web-based platform, launching officially on 9/17, where users will be able to book a seat at tables of six strangers at interesting places around Nashville, on-demand. Users of Folx Table can tap into meaningful conversation and real connection with new people anytime.
