Nashville Industry Fund is the only nonprofit in town dedicated exclusively to helping music and hospitality professionals buy homes through down payment assistance and first-time homebuyer education. As these rising costs threaten to push music industry and hospitality workers out of the city, Nashville Industry Fund is working to ensure they can put down roots and build long-term stability, right here in the heart of Music City.

This year’s benefit will feature an outstanding lineup of Nashville-based talent, including The Brummies, Scott Levi Jones, Joe Jenneman, and more (full line-up listed below). The evening will be emceed by Chris Cobb, President of Music Venue Alliance Nashville (MVAN), and include a silent auction, local vendors, giveaways, and food and drink specials.
