Miel’s 16-Year Anniversary Dinner at Fairfax Farms

Join us on Sunday, Sept. 22 to celebrate Miel Restaurant’s 16-year anniversary in the beauty of Tennessee’s hills and lakes at Fairfax Farms. The afternoon will consist of a farm tour followed by a lakeside reception, seated dinner, live music and a bonfire.

Fairfax Farms is located at Buckhorn Hollow, 14335 HWY 70, McEwen, TN 37101.

LAKESIDE RECEPTION

Whole Pig's Head Tostadas, Smoked Eggplant, Fall Fruit, Bruschetta, Aqua Fresca, Pumpkin Hummus

DINNER

Grilled Romaine & Raddichio Salad, bacon, pear, walnuts, muscadine

Red Kuri Squash, brown butter, hot honey, micro arugula

Porchetta, trotter demi-glace, parsnip mash

Beverages served will be nonalcoholic. BYOB or order from Harvest Wine Market and your bottles will be delivered to the event.

Additional details:

* Guests will need to be able to walk on uneven ground. A farm liability waiver will be provided once a ticket is purchased.

* Parking is plentiful, and a bus will be available at a small fee for those who wish to ride.
