The tools of Inner Engineering and the transmission of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya will be offered as part of this 4-day program. The Kriya helps bring balance and alignment to the physical, mental and pranic body - leading to a drop in stress and anxiety, a boost in mental alertness and focus, and an increased sense of self-awareness.
