On Wednesday, September 30 at 6 p.m., Chef Roberto Santibanez of Fonda 12 South is hosting a five-course dinner celebrating Ibérico pork through Mexican flavors and techniques, beginning with a cocktail reception and followed by dinner and pairings. The celebration will continue with “Ibérico Month” in October, when dishes from the dinner will be available à la carte during dinner service. Tickets are on sale via Resy ($95 pp).
