Fonda 12 South is thrilled to present the second installment of its exclusive dinner series - Flavors of Mexico. On Wednesday, March 5th, acclaimed Chef Roberto Santibañez will welcome renowned Mexico City-based Chef Josefina Santacruz for a one-night-only culinary experience that brings the bold flavors of Santacruz’s Mexican-Asian inspired cuisine to Nashville.
Guests will indulge in a carefully curated multi-course dinner highlighting Santacruz’s signature dishes, such as Thai Shrimp with avocado and cumin, Duck Bao Buns, and Peking-style Carnitas Tacos.
