Our flagship dinner series is back!
Each month, Chef Steven Robilio creates a five-course dinner featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients, complete with wine and cocktail pairings. The menu changes each month to highlight the flavors of the season, giving guests a reason to return time and time again.
Guests are seated family-style in our private dining rooms for this interactive dinner event. Course by course, Chef Steven explains the ingredients and inspiration behind each dish while our Beverage Manager presents the drink pairings. Questions for the Chef are encouraged!
Chef Dinners will be held monthly from March-October.
The menu for this month’s dinner series is as follows:
1st Course: Spring Salad
arugula, pickled radish, asparagus, feta, white balsamic vinaigrette
2nd Course: Spring Pea Soup
green peas, pea shoots, chili oil
3rd Course: Pork Belly
slow roasted, polenta, 63° egg, pork rinds
4th Course: Beef Tenderloin
cauliflower, honey dijon roasted brussels, mushroom demi glace
5th Course: Cream Puffs
maple pastry cream, chocolate dipped, candied bacon
