The unique tasting menu blends modern Mexican flavors with the refined structure of a traditional omakase, highlighting Chef Jiménez’s bold culinary storytelling and technique.

A champion of MasterChef and a featured chef on Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, Chef Jiménez is known for elevating Mexican cuisine on a global stage. Guests will begin the evening with a complimentary welcome cocktail served prior to seating, followed by a curated multi-course Mexican omakase dinner priced at $139 per person.
