The Gumbo Bros team is leaning into their New Orleans roots once again this year and will be celebrating Mardi Gras the right way — the Gulch restaurant will honor the NOLA custom to transform into a restaurant parade float for the season of celebration. The festivities have started with King Cake orders fulfilled by Fat Belly Pretzel, and don’t stop with a handful of other events scheduled including: Mardi Gras theme DJ nights, Sunday Jazz Brunch, and special menu for Fat Tuesday.

Mardi Gras Theme DJ (2/17 & 2/18)

- DJ Night will be held at The Gumbo Bros on 2/17 and 2/18

- Special Hours: 11AM - 11PM

Sunday Jazz Brunch (2/19)

- Speciality Menu: shrimp & grits, hot honey chicken biscuits, bananas foster french toast, breakfast po’ boy (gator sausage, shrimp, fried green tomatoes), crawfish étouffée

- First 10 tables will get a free order of beignets

- Special Hours: 10AM - 9PM

Fat Tuesday (2/21)

- A special, limited menu will be available to guests along with a number of Mardi Gras inspired beverage specials

- Special Hours: 11AM - 1PM
