On Tuesday, February 18, chef Adam Evans from Birmingham, Alabama's Automatic Seafood & Oysters will join forces with Bastion's chef Josh Habieger to create a 9-course prix fix menu featuring dishes from both chef's restaurants as well as unique collaborations.
The dinner will cost $90 per guest plus beverages, gratuity, and tax. Because of the special nature of the dinner, it is not recommended for guests with dietary restrictions such as shellfish or seafood allergies, seafood aversions, or vegetarians.
