Bagelshop's New Year, All Year series continues with a collaboration with Mesut Keklik of Edessa, in celebration of Newroz. Drawing inspiration from Mesut’s heritage, the two teams have created a Kurdish-style lentil soup that is served alongside Haydari toast. Haydari is a rich, creamy spread made with yogurt, walnuts, herbs, and topped with dill and olive oil. This special offering is available exclusively at Bagelshop from Wednesday, March 19 through Friday, March 21. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to The Nashville Food Project.
