ANNUAL HERB AND PLANT SALE - HERB SOCIETY OF NASHVILLE
The Herb Society of Nashville has been serving Nashville and the surrounding communities for 50 years! A non-profit organization, HSN is a working organization dedicated to promoting the knowledge, use, and delight of herbs through educational programs, research and sharing the experience of its members with the community. We fully support two gardens in the community both financially and with our labor: The Herb Study Garden at Cheekwood and The Herb Garden at Centennial Park. In addition, in 2025, we awarded $10,000 to local community agencies serving food challenged communities, and we are hoping to increase that award in 2026. Annually, HSN hosts a plant sale which is free and open to the community. Last year we sold over 10,000 plants and donated many to community agencies. We are pleased to announce that our 2026 Annual Plant Sale will be held on April 11, 2026, at The Fairgrounds of Nashville Exhibit Hall 1 from 8:00 to 1. The sale offers over 10,000 plants for purchase including varieties of unusual and hard to find herbs. The event includes educational speakers and demonstrations on growing and using herbs. This plant sale provides the financial ability for HSN to continue its valuable work.
