YP Nashville and the Nashville Area Chamber invite you to the 19th Annual NELAS, presented by the Jack C. Massey College of Business at Belmont University. Join us for an evening dedicated to celebrating the rising stars shaping the future of Middle Tennessee.

Each year, The NELAS recognize exceptional young professionals ages 21–40 across several industries for their professional achievements, leadership, and impact in our community. These are the innovators, advocates, entrepreneurs, and changemakers helping move the Nashville region forward.

In a region defined by growth, creativity, and civic engagement, young professionals continue to play a powerful role in what comes next, building businesses and leading teams serving nonprofits and strengthening our communities. The NELAS shine a spotlight on the next generation of leadership and the meaningful contributions they’re making across Middle Tennessee.

The evening will include:

Live announcement of the 2026 NELAS winners

Networking with influential young professionals and community leaders

An energetic atmosphere inside one of Nashville’s iconic venues

Cocktail receptions before and after the program

Join us as we celebrate the 2026 finalists and reveal this year’s NELAS winners. The program begins promptly at 6 p.m.
