Reality TV icon and entrepreneur Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is back in Nashville this month to celebrate the one-year anniversary of her local boutique, The Snooki Shop. Since opening, the store has become her most successful location, outperforming her tri-state shops and drawing in a steady stream of shoppers looking for glam, edge, and a little Jersey Shore nostalgia. We caught up with Polizzi to talk about why Nashville was the perfect fit, what’s trending this season, and where she loves to hang when she’s in town.
Nashville Lifestyles: What made Nashville the perfect city for your first store outside the tri-state area?
Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi: Bachelorettes, the nonstop foot traffic, and just the whole party vibe—it’s literally so Snooki! Plus, I love that all the boss ladies feel represented and totally welcomed here.
NL: How has the Nashville location performed compared to your other stores, and what do you think makes it so successful here?
NP: Nashville is definitely our top-selling store. People wanna leave the city with something fun and different, so we get fresh faces every single day. Our other shops have their regulars, but here? It’s all about new energy, and being right by Broadway makes it the perfect spot.
NL: How would you describe the vibe of The Snooki Shop for someone who’s never been?
NP: The shop really has something for everyone. You’ll find the glitz and glam looks, cozy vibes, basics, and all the accessories you need. We even carry pieces from my iconic Jersey Shore moments. Honestly, it always feels like a party in here, like you’re shopping with your besties.
NL: What trends or styles are you most excited about bringing to Nashville shoppers this season?
NP: I’m obsessed with the flannels and fringe this season. We’re keeping it cozy fall, but of course I had to add a little edge.
NL: You just dropped the Halloween costume inspired by your iconic Jersey Shore moment. What inspired that idea, and how has the response been so far?
NP: This year marked the 15th anniversary of that day, so we thought it was the perfect time to celebrate it. Every year people tag me in their DIY versions of the look, so we wanted to curate the ultimate costume. And yes, it was hand-picked by me.
Halloween is about to get loud. The Snooki Shop’s throwback costume channels Nicole’s infamous Seaside Heights look from the day she was arrested and declared, through mascara tears, “I’m a good person.” The set includes a skirt, top, oversized sunglasses, clutch bag, and hat. Extra accessories are sold separately so fans can customize their own Jersey Shore chaos. It’s nostalgia and unapologetic fun in one unforgettable outfit.
NL: Are there any upcoming collections or collaborations fans should be watching for?
NP: The holidays are coming fast, so our holiday collection and gift boxes will be dropping in November. The collection has outfits for every holiday occasion, and the gift boxes make it super easy if you’re looking for quick, fun gift ideas.
NL: When you’re in Nashville, what are your go-to spots for food, fun, or just relaxing?
NP: When I’m in Nashville, I’m either working at The Snooki Shop or finding cute looks for my nights out. I always stop by JBJ’s, and I love exploring new local spots to eat.
