Nashville-based craft kombucha brewery, Walker Brothers has teamed up with Nectar Urban Cantina to offer a limited release just in time for spring. The new flavor, Margarita, is part of the brand's High Gravity series and is packed with fresh-squeezed lime juice, a delicate dose of agave nectar and a touch of sea salt. Inspired by Nectar’s signature margarita, the drink is crisp, refreshing and best-enjoyed from a glass dressed with a sea salt rim and lime wedge. In the spirit of collaboration, the brewery also tapped into local artist Matthew Sharer to design the can art.
On May 4, Nectar Urban Cantina will host a release event from 4 to 9 p.m. that is open to the public, where guests can grab a Walker Brothers Margarita High Gravity and Cabo fish tacos made from tempura-fried cobia, red cabbage, avocado, cilantro, chipotle mayo and lime at the hangout spot in Donelson.
You can also purchase the limited release Margarita at a local retailer including Turnip Truck, Whole Foods, Sinkers Beverages, Main Street Beer, RED Spirits Wine and more.
