V Modern Italian is opening this spring in the heart of The Gulch.
Collaborating on V’s menu is Michelin-starred chef Stefano Ciotti, whose culinary expertise will guide V’s modern reinterpretation of classic Italian cuisine. Expect familiar flavors utilizing fresh, seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques to create visually-stunning dishes.
While specific menu details are still under wraps, diners can anticipate a thoughtfully curated selection that blends old-world authenticity with the modern palate. Complementing the culinary journey is a cocktail list curated by Italian mixologist Federico Pollarolo. The menu consists of bespoke cocktails that perfectly pair with V’s contemporary dining experience.
Within the restaurant, internationally renowned street art duo PichiAvo brings the walls to life with four exclusive murals, depicting Venus, Victoria, Bacchus, and Mercury, reflecting Italy’s rich mythology and cultural roots.
The Roman numeral V represents more than a name—it’s a declaration of purpose. At V, the goal is to “Feed Your Senses", an ethos engraved on every piece of custom cutlery.
