Urban Cowboy is entering a new culinary chapter at Urban Cowboy Bar, its first standalone concept located within the historic Nashville Arcade, with the introduction of New York-based Frankies Pizzeria as its new culinary partner. Launched on April 6, the collaboration brings Frankies’ signature Italian-American fare in the form of Brooklyn style pizza to the Western-inspired, design-forward space, complementing Urban Cowboy Public House’s award-winning cocktail program.
Founded by Chefs Frank Castronovo and Frank Falcinelli alongside partner John Burns Paterson, Frankies has built a national following over the past two decades for its warm hospitality and timeless approach to Italian-American cooking. With its second Nashville outpost, the brand has already become a beloved part of the local dining scene, known for its comforting, high-quality dishes and best in class pizza served in an approachable, neighborhood-driven setting.
At Urban Cowboy Bar Nashville, Frankies brings a menu rooted in its Brooklyn legacy. Inspired by the pizza that founders Frank Castronovo and Frank Falcinelli ate as kids in Queens, New York. The menu celebrates the iconic heritage of a New York slice while elevating the experience with naturally leavened dough, the best quality toppings and ingredients, and some of the most craveable flavors. Favorite pies include Classic and Sicilian Pepperoni, Frankies Hot (Bianco DiNapoli Tomatoes, Frankies hot sausage, mozzarella, Pecorino-Romano) and Capicola (Bianco DiNapoli Tomatoes, Spicy Cherry Peppers, Basil, mozzarella, Pecorino-Romano). Pies are available for dine in, take out and delivery exclusively via DoorDash. The food program pairs seamlessly with Urban Cowboy’s signature cocktail offerings, creating a lively, come-as-you-are destination for both locals and visitors.

Located within the iconic Nashville Arcade, Urban Cowboy Bar blends the brand’s signature maximalist design with the energy of Downtown Nashville. Designed by Porter and the brand’s in-house studio, Cowboy Creative, the space offers a layered, immersive environment that is “a world away” from nearby Broadway, while still at the heart of the city.

The transition follows Roberta’s, marking a new phase for the Urban Cowboy Bar as it continues to evolve as a cornerstone gathering place in Downtown Nashville
