Chef Julia Sullivan and Strategic Hospitality have announced their new full-service catering company from the award winning team behind Henrietta Red. The Party Line will offer proper party food for all events and special occasions.

“After two plus years cooking together at Henrietta Red, our kitchen team is excited for the opportunity to push ourselves beyond the four walls of our restaurant and offer another catering option to Nashville,” said Julia Sullivan. “Catering is an opportunity to connect with people during the most important times of their lives. We get to do that every night at the restaurant and look forward to taking it a step further.”
Sullivan will be joined by Henrietta Red pastry chef Caitlyn Jarvis, whose talent stems from formal training at The Culinary Institute of America. With experience acquired in both bakeries and restaurants, Jarvis has an abundant knowledge of breads, pastries, composed desserts, candies, and custom cakes. Her taste and talent will be reflected in the customizable baking and pastry options from The Party Line.

Reflective of the same standard of service and ingredients you’ve come to expect at Henrietta Red, The Party Line will cater fresh, inspired food paired with a flare of excitement and fun. They will feature comprehensive and delivered catering options for cocktail receptions, weddings, boxed lunches, dessert displays, custom cakes, party favors, and more.
Equipped with a full liquor license, The Party Line has the unique capability to provide full bar service at any event, including seasonal cocktail menus featuring classics, twists on classics, and beer and wine options.

"When Julia approached us about this partnership, it was a no brainer,” said Max Goldberg of Strategic Hospitality. “It's something we've had an interest in for some time, so to work closely with our existing chef partners, just a few blocks from Broadway, really is the best case scenario. The Party Line will lease the kitchen of The Schermerhorn Symphony Center, making use of existing kitchen space in the heart of downtown Nashville.
