The Optimist’s much-anticipated outdoor bar, Jacqueline, opens on March 25, just in time for warmer weather!
Jacqueline is open seasonally and weather permitting, every Thursday through Sunday from 4 to 9 p.m. The expansive patio bar transports guests beachside and offers an air of fun, lawn games, shaved ice cocktails and a delicious frozen hurricane, plus a selection of beverage manager and Nashville native, Kenneth Vanhooser’s, variety of tried and true favorites.
Alongside the Aperol spritz, Cuba libre and coconut tequila rickey classics, you can also find a selection of libations including a hundred highways made with tequila, peach, ginger and angostura bitters, the strawberry swimmer mixed with rum, strawberry and lime, and the sunny sloth made with vodka, passion fruit, lime and Swedish punch. In addition to the beverage program, Jacqueline’s menu will also serve up a selection of al fresco-approved, fish camp-inspired snacks including chef’s choice oysters, tuna poke, lobster roll sliders and smoked fish dip.
