The new 2,400-square-foot, 72 seat shop-located at 334 Main Street-will boast the restaurant's signature retro yellow tiles and black and cream truck stripes, as well as a myriad of custom décor components. The space will also feature a new interactive kitchen model that will allow guests to see the entire process of their grilled cheese being made from start to finish.

The menu at the new Franklin location will include the same popular assortment of unique creations including favorites such as the Pimento Mac & Chee, the Buffalo Melt, and the B&B of Tennessee. The "Make Your Own Melt" option will also be available for those who want to customize their order.

Also making its Franklin debut is the iconic milkshake bar where guests can enjoy old-fashioned floats and milkshakes made with hand scooped, locally spun ice cream.
