Ingredients:
3 1 1⁄2 oz Trovador Inspirado Silver Rum
3⁄4 oz lime juice
3⁄4 oz simple syrup
5-7 leaves of mint
Sparkling white wine (such as Cava) or rosé pét-nat, to top
Directions:
Add rum, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker tin along with the mint (do not muddle). Fill the tin with ice and shake for 8-10 seconds. Strain into a coupe or champagne glass though a fine mesh strainer to remove the mint and ice chips. Top with sparkling white wine or rosé pét-nat.
