Grand Hyatt Nashville’s newest culinary concept, slice/25, officially opens today, bringing a fresh take on pizza and wine to one of the city’s most scenic settings. Located on the patio of the hotel’s rooftop bar, lou/na, the walk-up concept pairs artisanal pies with curated wines, all served 25 floors above Broadway with sweeping views of the Nashville skyline.
Designed as a casual yet elevated experience, slice/25 invites guests to grab a slice, sip, and take in the view. The menu highlights a thoughtful lineup of pizzas, each paired with a complementary wine selection.
Standouts include the classic Margherita, topped with San Marzano tomato, mozzarella, basil, EVOO, and fleur de sel, paired with Wente Mt Diablo Red Blend. For something with a little heat, the Soppressata + Hot Honey combines red sauce, soppressata, candied jalapeño, oregano, and pecorino, matched with Wente Louis Mel Sauvignon Blanc.
Cheese lovers can opt for the Quattro Formaggi, layered with gorgonzola dolce, fontina, taleggio, smoked Gouda, ricotta, thyme, EVOO, and fresh black pepper, alongside Riva Ranch Chardonnay. The Truffle & Wild Mushroom pizza brings a more indulgent option with black truffle, morels, stracciatella, watercress, and chive blossoms, paired with Wente Baily Hill Pinot Noir. Rounding out the menu, the Chicken Piccata Pizza features confit chicken, lemon béchamel, capers, fior di latte, parsley, EVOO, and preserved lemon, served with Wente Pacific Mist Pinot Grigio.
