A Chicago staple is bringing its signature fried chicken and fish favorites to Nashville's Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood this coming August.
Parson's Chicken & Fish is the latest project from Chicago's award-winning concept development studio, Land and Sea Dept., and its first foray outside the Windy City.

Similar to the two Chicago locations, Parson's Nashville will feature an expansive pet-friendly patio, complete with plenty of shade and fans, offering the perfect spot for guests of all ages to celebrate the end of summer. Enjoy a delicious meal and a frozen Negroni slushy, all while playing Parsons' interactive outdoor games. In addition, Parson's will also host community events and programming, including DJs, art crawls, and live music.

The patio area will attach to the main indoor restaurant and bar space, offering seating for up to 200 guests. For the project, Land and Sea Dept. teamed up with acclaimed Nashville-based architecture and interior design studio DAAD to overhaul the space.

Beverage director Charlie Schott’s patio-approved drink menu features inventive cocktails and slushies, such as the famous ‘Original Negroni Slushy,’ a year-round favorite, in addition to an array of beers, including Parson’s Beer.
Made in collaboration with Chicago-based Revolution Brewing, the aptly named brew is an easy drinking pale golden ale that’s perfect for washing down shareable snacks like chicken nuggets and hushpuppies.
Created by chef Hunter Moore, Parson’s menu features comfort food classics and seasonal specials, providing guests with high quality offerings at affordable prices, using fresh, local ingredients wherever possible. The Nashville menu will echo that of Chicago, offering fried favorites like its signature chicken and fish, in addition to lighter options like fresh salads, a vegetable club sandwich and ceviche.
