The Spill by Tavola
Wine expert and consultant Robin Riddell Jones develops wine programs for top restaurants, like Merchants and Josephine, under her brand Tavola. She also teaches her Raising the Glass wine-tasting classes every other week at Epice. “I want people to be aware of where their wine is coming from—just like we do with our food these days—and to know that they can find organic or biodynamic wines that are also affordable, x93 she says. The city’s only urban winery and music venue has added an upgrade to its membership offerings: VinoFile Reserve is meant for wine lovers.
